WORKERS' DEMANDS GRANTED, (By Electric Telegraph.—-Copyright.) (Australian-N.2. Cable Association.) Rcceivod Last Night, 5.5 o'clock. BERLIN, March 21. The Coalition Parties ,at a conference with a Commission of the Trades Unions, accepted the following conditions for the termination of the general strike. Firstly, that representatives of the workers participate in the reconstruction of the Cabinets of Germany and Prussia, while proserving the National Assemblies and Constitutional rights. Secondly, that all disloyal troops be disbanded and .formations drawn from reliable sections of .the Republican population! especially the organised workers. Thirdly, the socialisation .of such industrial enterprises as shall admit of the process. Fourthly, that all implicated in the late rebellion bo disarmed and punished, and all known reactionaries rcmovejl from the Administration. Public opinion is that, although the Kapp movement has been a great misfortune to the people, it will bo largely compensated for by this victory, by which democracy will be strengthened and the rights of labour against militarism affirmed. PANIC IN BERLIN. HEAVY FIGHTING AT CITY GATES. BERLIN, March 20. Panic reigns in the city.
