LONDON, December 29. The Bishop of Oxford (Right Rev. C. Gore) believes thalb to toe great mass of High Churchmen the open Communion proposed in the Kikuyu Concord is so subversive to order and doctrine as to be strictly intolerable. The Westminster Gazette says that if the ivikuyu question comes up for the Bishop of Canterbury's adjudication, it can imagine no greater blow to Chr stianity than,, that two Bishops should be ''for doing what the world general .regards as a Christian act.
