PENALTIES. In any Handicap Race (except the WairarapaCup Handicap), the winner of any flat race after the declaration or weights shall carry a penalty of lOlbs, and of every additional race a further penalty of 61b <extira. Horses handicapped at Bst 101b and over to cafry only half the above penalties. Or if the handicapper considers it necessary, he may increase the above, penalties. Owners are responsible* for all penalties and allowances. ACCOMMODATION . Loose Boxes are available on the course, the charge being £1 for a term not exceeding 'tea days.
