A telegram to-the New York World says that President Huerta expresses his gratitude for the firm attitude of Admiral Fletcher at Tampico.
He says that Admiral Fletcher undoubtedly saved millions of dollars' worth of properly. . It is reported that General Villa, with 6000 men, has been surrounded by 12,000 Federal troops.
