PENALTIES. In apy Handicap Race (except the Wmrarapa Cup Handicap), the winner of any flat race after the declaration of weights shall carry a penalty of lOlbs, and of "every additional race a further penalty of 61b extra. Horses handicapped at Bst 101b and over to cai-'ry oß*ly half the above penalties. Or if the handicapper considers it necessary, he may increase the above penalties. Owners are responsible for all penalties and allowances. ACCOMMODATION . Loose Boxes are available on the course, the charge being £1 for a term not exceeding ten days.
