RULES AND REGULATIONS. (1) Events run under rules ;of New Zealand Athletic.Union. Permits may be obtained from the Secretary. (2) Winners will be required to produce licenses before the prize-money is paid out. " ' (3) Nominations for events 4, r o, 'b; 7, 8, 10; 12, 15, and 16 close with the secretary at Pongaroa on WEDNESDAY; December 17th, at 8.30 p.m. Nominations muet be accompanied with the' proper' entrance fee in "cash or postal notes.
