(2) Winners will be required to produce licenses before the prize-money is paid out. ■ k (3) Nominations for events 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 10,. 12, 15, and 16 close with the secretary at Pongaroa on WEDNESDAY, December 17th, at 8.30 p.m. Nominations must be accompanied with the proper entrance fee in cash or postal notes. No nominations will be accepted without the proper entrance fee. (4) All.performances for the past two years must be given, also starts ■ and positions at 'finish of each event. If no performances during the, laS* two years, four last performances must be sni'ted. (5) Handicap will appear in the Pahiatua Herald on Saturday, 20th December, 1913. (6) Acceptances for events mentioned in clause 3 and entrances for all other events close with the Secretary 20 minutes before the events.
