ALLEGED CORRUPTION. CHARGES NOT SUBSTANTIATED. (Received Last Niglit, 11.15 o'clock.) MELBOURNE, December 16. - The report of the Senate Com~uittec, which inquired into the allegations of corrupt practises during the last Fccl«r<al elections, states that the Committee is satisfied there is Ho evidence to sustain the charges made. No witness was able to my he had personal information *of unlawful pracises. The evidence disclosed remarkably few irregularities, considering the. large increase in the number of voters. j
