Permits may be obtained from the Secretary. ~ (2) Winners will be required,to produce licenses before the prize-money is paid out. (3) Nominations for events 4, 5, 6. 7, 8, 10, 12, 15, and 16 close with thfe secretary at Pongaroa on WEDNESDAY, December 17th, at 8.3Q p.m. Nominations must be accompanied with the proper entrance fee in cash or postal notes. No nominations will be accepted without the proper entrance fee. (4) All performances for the past two years must he given, also starts and positions at finish of each event. If no performances during the last two years, four last performances must be stated. (5) Handicap will appear in the Pahiatua Herald on Saturday, 20th December, 1913. (Q) Acceptances for events mentioned in clause 3 and entrances for all other events close with the Secret tarv 20 minutes before the events. GRAND CONCERT, followed by, DANOE in the EVENING.
