In any Handicap Race (except the Wairarapa Cup Handicap)', the winner of any flat race after the declaration of weights shall , carry a penalty of lOlbs, and of every additional race a further penalty of 61b extra. Horses handicapped at .Bst 101b and over t? carry only half the ahove penalties. Or if the handicapper considers it, necessary, he may increase the a -ui Ve Penalties. Owners are responsible for all penalties and allowances. ACCOMMODATION . ; Loose Boxes are available ,on the course, the charge being £1 for a term not exceeding ten days.
