ax interesting Case. (By Telegraph—Press Association.) WELLINGTON. Last Night. Mi- W. ti. Riddell, S.M., reserved bis decision to-day relative to throe charges against Marjorio Mcintosh, licensee of the Royal Tiger Hotel, near tlio Buckle street barracks, of keeping her premises open for the sale of liquor when they were ordered to be closed, and of welling and exposing liquor- for sale, during that time. A barmaid was also charged I with supplying liquor. In this case 'the decision was also reserved.
