In view of the frequency of /Strikes, the International Shipping Federation lias prepared ; n€\w clauses, intended to be embodied in all bills of lading for the purpose of conferring extended powers on shipowners, enabling them to act in the interests of cargo owners; equally with themselves the expenses incurred to., fall jointly on the owners of the ship and the cargo.
