The Appeal Court Jhas allowed the appeal oTtho trainer Wootton against the 'stay* of execution in respect to coists in the recent libel action against Robert Sievier, proprietor of the Winning Post. , The court ordered the payment of costs to Wbotton'sr solicitors, pending Sievier's appeal. ,
•Counsel stated that" Wootton was going to Australia for a year.
