x LONDON WOOL SALES.
Messrs Dalgety and Co., Ltd., Wellington, report having received the .following cabled advice from their London office under date, 4th mst.: Wool sales continue firm, except wools in heavy condition, for which prices are irregular. Prices are very firm for all good wools and rathe* higher for scoured fine wools.
HOME MARKETS.
The New Zealand Loan and Mer-< cantile Agency. Coy., Ltd., have received the following cablegram from their London house under date 3rd' inst; -.-—Wheat: Sold an Australian cargo at 36j« c.i.f Very little demand owing to unfavourable crop reports. Argentine market is not like-' ly to improve at present . .Sheepskins : Likely to decline slightly.
