RULES AND REGULATIONS. (1) Events run under rules of New Zealand Athletic Union, Permits, may be obtained from the Secretary. 1 (2) Winners will be required t6 produce licenses before the prize-money is paid out". . ■ „ (3) Nominations for events 5, 6, 7, 8, 10, 12, 15, and .16 close with the secretary at Pongaroa on WEDNESDAY, December 17th, at 8.30 p.m. Nominations must be accompanied; with the proper entrance fee in cash or postal notes. No nominations ivill be accepted without the proper /entrance fee. | (4) All performances for the! past two years must he given, also Starts and positions at finish of each event. If no performances during the last two years, four last performances must be stated. . (5) Handicap will appear in the Pahiatua Herald on Saturday, 20th December, 1913.
