DIPLOMATIC LUNCHEON.
A MILD SENSATION.
(Received Last Night. 5.5 o'clock.) WASHINGTON, Nov. 29.
A sensation was caused at a luncheon whetro Latin-American- diplomats were pi-Gsent when Senator Chamberlain announced that he would, under all circumstances, vote for justice for Colombia, referring to its separation from Panama.
The party broke up in silence, after Senator Chamberlain's announcement.
Bishop Currier, of Cuba, remarked that the time had arrived when the term American should apply to the whole Continent, north and south.
