A SIGNIFICANT MOVEMENT OF TROOPS.

Five thousand Redifs have arrived at the Dardanelles from Thrace. They are being sent to Greek villages on the western shores of the Straits, where they will be quartered for the winter.
The arrival of the Redifs is regarded as confirmatory of the prevailing belief that the recently-signed treaty of peace rests on a precarious foundation, and that a renewal of the war with Greece in the spring i« probable.
