OIL FUEL.
ITS USE INCREASING. 'Times'—'Sydney Sun' Special Cables. (Received' Last Night, 7.5 o'clock.) .LONDON, November 26. Though the Naval Estimates do not include specific votes for oil fuel, they provide for the construction of two 1500-ton oTT steamers for carrying oil for warships at sea, thus indicating that the use of oil for naval purposes is increasing.
