During tho first three months' operations, difficulties unfortunately arose, and the business was not satisfactory, but during the latter three months of tho period they have proved to be highly successful, all difficulties being overcome, and, as will be seen from the balance-sheet, a substantial fitim now stands to the credit of the profit and. loss account. The progress made is due, to a greatextent, to the efforts of your managing director, who has, unselfishly, without remuneration, given much timo to the business of the company.
