PALMERSTON STOCK SALE. 1 PALMERSTON N., Last Night. Messrs Abraham and Williams, Ltd., report that at Palmerston North on Thursday, 20th inst., a good enquiry existed for all classes of stock, and bidding throughoxit the sale was brisk. We quote: Mixed hoggets 16s 6d,' forward ewes 18s 9d, fat ewes 22s sd, store ewes 20s Id, shorn two-tobths 12s 6d to 16s lid; 3-year bullocks £7, yearling steers £2 8s 6d to £2 lis, yearling to 18months dairy heifers £3 6s, cows and calves £4 4s to £4 6s, etore cows £1 3s 6d to £3. v ■
