REVOLT IN MEXICO.
AMERICANS ARRESTED. REBELS GAINING GROUND. 'Times'—'Sydney Sun' Special Cables. (Received Last Night, 6.40 o'clock.) WASHINGTON, November 20. It is reported that General Huerta has arrested the heads of prominent American business houses, holding them as hostages in the event of hostilities breaking out. Tho insurrection has spread to the north, south and east. Traffic is entirely suspended. The rebels are gaining ground everywhere.
