NAPIER AFFECTED.
WATERSIDEES ITnTLAMED. NAPIER, Last Night. A man named Voyce and his party have addressed several meetings since their arrival in Napier, and ae a result there appears to be some change in the attitude of the workers concerned. At a large meeting of wat-er-siders this morning, a resolution was paseed to the effect that this union does not hold with the registration of a "scab" Union at Wellington. It is said that the Australia wifl not be worked on her arrival to-morrow nor the schooner Fairburh, which is due with a cargo of sugar.
