A MAN INCINERATED
(By Wtoraph—Tress Association.) CmBfTCHURUH, Last Night. William Perrin, a single man, was burned to death at Sumner early this morning. The deceased, who resided with his brother, Fred Perrin, in Wakefield Avenue, is supposed to have come home about midnight. Shortly after that hour, Mrs Perrin was awakened by the deceased groaning or calling out. and immediately made the discovery that the house was in flames. Mr and Mrs Fred Perrin and their children had barely time to escape, getting to safety in their night clothes. Efforts to reach the deceased were fruitless, the ...flames driving the would-be i-escuers back, and it was not till the fire brigade had sjubdued the flames that the deceasedV, body, terribly charred, was from the ruins and removed' to the stable at the Marine Hotel. The fire apparently had its origin in the deceased's roo-n at the back of the building, and soon enveloped the whole building, which contained four rooms.
