DISORDERLY HOUSES.
UNDER THE GUISE OF MASSAGE ESTABLISHMENTS.
'Times'—'Sydney Sun' Special Cable. (Received Nov. 13, 8.30 a.m.) LONDON, Nov. 12. The London County Council has received assurances that many .massage establishments are merely disorderly houses, which are making large sums of money. The council has, therefore, decided to apply to Parliament for power to insist on the legistration of such establishments.
