CRICKET.
The following players will represent the Hoqkfey-Cijiclret Club against the Caiiei-tori: Druids' on the Park; Oval to-morrow (Thursday) commencing jit 2.30 p.m. shijtrp: Barr (captain),. Dixon, Fairbrother, Hall, Merston, Walker, Scrimgeour, Morris, Fallon,. C*. Wilson, S. Wilson. ~ Km^rgeiiqies: Hornblow, Williams Joseph. As the above" club is endeavouring to place a second eleven in the field in order that there will be no bye in the cOmpetitio.ll tho secretary (Mr C. I Walker ) will be pleased to receive names of intending players. In view of the fact that the second eleven will in all probability be somewhat weak the remaining teams in the competition have decided to the second team hat 14 men and field 11. Surely there is a sufficient complement of players in Mastertdu to admit of two teams or more instead of one as the case is at present.
