FREE LABOUR.
TO LOAD DUBLIN VESSELS
(Received Last Night, 10.30 o r clock.) LONDON, November 7. Free labourers have arrived at Dublin to unload the steamers, some of which have been'lying in-the Liffey for two months. The police are protecting the strike breakers, who live iTboard a steamer.
