YOUNGEST THE CITY HAS KNOWN. 'Times'—'Sydney Sun' Special Cables. (Received Last Night, 5.5 o'clock.) "NEW. YORK, November 6. Mayor Mitchell, of New York, is thirty-four years of age, and is the youngest Mayor the city has known. He is a grandson of Mr John Mitchell, the famous Irish compatriot.
