WEIGHTS for First Da;dg|>Handicaps will be declared about MONDAY, December 15th, and for Second Day's Handicaps on the evening of the first Day at about 7.30. ACCEPTANCES for First Day dose on TUESDAY, Decembers 23rd, at 8.30 p.m., and for the Second Day on the evening of the First.Day at 9 o'clock. Air the above at the Club's Office, Feather ston. PENALTIES. In any Handicap Race (except the' Wairarapa Cup Handicap), the 'win-' I ner of any flat race after the declaration of weights shall carry a penalty of lOlbs, and of every additional race a further penalty of 61b extra. Horses handicapped at Bst 101b and over to carry only half,the above penalties. Or if the handicapper considers it necessary, he may increase the above penalties. Owners are responsible for all penalties and allowances. ACCOMMODATION . -. Loose Boxes are available on the course,, the charge being £1 for a term not exceeding: ten days.
