Horses handicapped at Bst 101b and over to carry only half the above penalties. Or if the handicapper considers it necessary, lie may increase the above penalties.: Owners are responsible .for .all penalties and allowances. ACCOMMODATION . Loose Boxes are available on tbe course, the charge being £1 for a term- not exceeding ten days.
