PAHIATUA STOCK SALE,
The New Zealand Loan and Mercantile Agency Co., Ltd., report: We> held oiur usual weekly sale at Pabiutua on Tuesday, when we submitted a very fair entry of cattle- to a - attendance of buyers. Con petition was keen throughout the sale, and with the exception of one pen we made a total clearance under the hammer. Empty cows made £4 10s, light fat oows to £6 7s 6d, empty heifers 4s, bull £7 7s ; dairy cows offered account of Mr Cades, £5 12s 6d to £7 I2s 6d.
