A SERIOUS AFFRAY.
SEVERAL PERSONS WOUNDED. CONSTABLES CHARGE A MOB. REVOLVER SHOTS FIRED, WELLINGTON, Last Night. A serious affray took place this evening at Buckle street, by the Drill Hall, and though at present it is difficult to get reliable details, it is pretty certain that four casualties, at least, wore the result. It .seems that a crowd gathered around, watching the Permanent Artillery and special constables quartered at the Garrison Hall. As these came too close, and refused to go away, a. hose was turnei on them. They fell back a bit, and the hose was then turned off. '
AN ARTILLERYMAN SHOT.
