NEW ZEALAND FORECAST. WELLINGTON, Last Night. The Rev. D. 0. Bates, of the Meteorological office, last evening wired as follows:Unsettled and cloudy weather has prevailed with rain generally, and strong northerly and westerly winds. There wae a change to boisterous and southerly with colder weather everywhere on Sunday. The ' barometric pressure was„ increasing steadily since.' 'Present indications are for moderate to strongly southerly winds, probably changing shortly by west to northerly, with cool and ; changeable weather generally. The barometer j-~ a rising tendency at present, but felikely to £i! everywhere after about 24 hours.
