town hall picture®. "THE JUGGLING GAZZAS." There was a record house at the Masterton Town Hall last evening, when the Juggling Gazzas made their second appearance. The enthusiasm displayed by th© audi©nc© indicated that the previous performance of the Gazzas had created a very favourable impression. After hist night s display the Juggling Gazzas should be pronounced favourites with the Masterton public. Their juggling, wirewalking, musical acrobatic feats were amongst the cleverest and most up-to-date yet seen in Masterton. The Gazzas are worth seeing, and should not be missed. The picture programme was quite one of the brightest yet screened by the Masterton Picture Company. The chief feature, "The Mothering Heart," is a film that is equalled by few, but surpassed by ntfne. The remaining pictures are also good, and help to make a programme of general excellence. The music by Candy's orchestra added greatly to the quality of the entertainment, THOMPSON-PAYNE PICTURES. AN EXCELLENT PROGRAMME. Another large audience vented their pleasure at the T.P. Electric Theatre last evening, when all the films screened were accorded hearty approval. "The Shunter's Daughter" again proved the most popular, the little girl's prompt action in avoiding a train smash being much admired. Miss Ormi Hawley, the popular Lubin actress, appeared at her best in a well-set society play entitled "The Mock Marriage," in which a rich city man befools the demure country lass. "Love's Monogram" was a fine dramatic episode of the seaside by the Dragon Coy. In -'Lieut. Jones" was presented a very fine military romance, which was a very popular number "The Farm Bully," a Kalem production, was a rather sensational country romance, in which a city journalist gave a farm bully his just desserts. "The Birthmark" was a Lubin production rather out of the ordinary run, and was a very acceptable item. In the Eclair Journal the latest fashions and topics were shown in animation, while humour was well supplied in "Smoked bo a Finish," "'Uncle Rube's Visit" ind "A Game of Poker" (the latter being a shrieking account of a good gamble). For Saturday the managenent announce the screening of the )ig military drama. "No Finer Death." BARTON BROS'.
