The following are the results of the Caulfield races on Saturday Steeples.—Dunloe 1, W.T.S. 2, Pinpress 3. Five started. Jack' Windsor fell and broke his neck.' Won by three lengths. Time 4.44. Windsor Handicap.—Lord Walla 1, Ireland 2, Mala 3. Seven started. Won by one and a half lengths. Time, i.I4J. Moora Handicap.—Avance 1, Mint Sauce 2, Onazer 3. Twenty started. Won by three-quarters of a length. Time, 1.42^. Hurdles.—Wingarara 1, Common King 2, Hypo 3. - Eight started. Won by one and a half lengths. Time 4.6. Quarter Nursery. Traquette 1, Maharajah 2, Fidelo 3. Ten started. Won by eight lengths.. Time, 1.25. Caulfield Cup. Aurifrr 1, Anna Carloyna 2. Anna Carlovna assumed the lead, but Aurifer putting in a fast run won by three-quarters of a length. Uncle Sam was fourth. Time, 2.34. The attendance was large. The time for' the Caulfield Cup is a record for the race. There was a sensation on the course when it became known that Duke Foote was scratched for the Melbourne Cup. CITY TATTERSALLS MEETING.
