PROCESSION OF STRIKERS. .WORKSHOPS BEING RE-OPENED 'Times' —'Sydney Sun' Special Cables. (Received Last Night, 5.5 o'clock.) LONDON, October 18. A procession of strikers took place through the principal streets of Dublin. There were 1300 police along the route. Fifty .constables, armed with sabres and stares, accompanied the strikers. A large painting of Mr Larkm beaded the procession, and evoked enthusiastic cheering. The employers, tired of temporising are're-opening many workshops with fresh labour. Eight overseas-laden steamers are lying idle.
