LIBERAL ELECTION CAMPAIGN. (Received Last Night, 11.20 o'clock.) SYDNEY, October 16. -< Mr Wade, in opening the Liberal election campaign, declared that on all sides there were manifestations of dissatisfaction with the Labour regime. The Liberals confidently expected a I'avonrable verdict , at the poll. The CLabour Government,iii three years, had spent £9,000,000 "more than their , predecessors, and had run up " the deficit. The , credit of the State was seriously shaken. An era of x moderate and sane finance was absolutely necessary.
