HOME RULE BILL.
MINISTERS CONFRONTED WITH A PROBLEM.
'Times' — 4 Sydney Sun' Special Cables. (Received Last Night, 7.40 o'clock..) LONDON, October 16. The Times, in a lead on the Home [Rule position, says that Ministers are beginning to realise the problem that is confronting them. It is true that they are credited with the intention to push forward Home Rule, but there are abundant signs that their general determination is not inconsistent with a readiness, even at the eleventh hour, to alter its provisions.
