NEW ZEALAND LOAN.
PJRESS OPINIONS. (Received October 16, 1 p.m.) LONDON, October 15. The Westminster Gazette says theNew Zealand loan, at § per cent discount, lias had no depressing effect on the market. The underwriters profess that they expected to get the whole pf the loan. The Evening Standard says the conditions for flotation were unusually, unfavourable, but that doubtless investors will speedily absorb the debentures. !
