XT OTICE is hereby given of the intention of th© Masterton County Council, at a, meeting' to held on the 11th day of November, 1913, to confirm resolutions passed by way of special order at a special meeting on the 14th of October, 1913, .authorising - the raising of, arid striking a special rate for a* loan of £3OO (being ten per cent on the original loan of £3000)' for improving the North Approach to the Town of Masterton.
