The manager of the Petone railway workshops ga.ve< evidence that he had failed to attend. to his duties as set out in his indentures. The Magistrate (Dr McArthtir) said, it was evident that McOoimack did not desire to work. He would be dismissed from tho Government service and his indentures cancelled.
