{By TeUgraph.—Press Association.} WELLINGTON, Last Night. It is reported that the' Theatre Royal site, with the building erected , thereon, has been sold by Messrs John Fuller and Sons. The site is a munii, cipal leasehold, which was recently re- , sewed by the* city corporation on con- '. dition that a new" building be erected. The present sale is of the goodwill of the,lease and the old theatre building. The Club Hotel is not included.
