NO VERDICT REACHED. THE CASE ADJOURNED. (Received Last Night, 5.5 o'clock.) NEW YORK, October 14. . The High v Court, in the impeachment of Governor Sulzer, of New York, failed to reach a verdict. The Court adjourned to permit of further speeches by counsel, regarding certain aspects "of the evidence alleging that Sulzer endeavoured to suppress certain witnesses' testimonies against' him.
