A NEW ZEALANDER'S ADDRESS
STUDENTS WELCOME PLAYERS
(Received Last Night, 9.45 o'clock.) SAN FRANCISCO, October 14. Mr Guiney, a New Zealander, addressing Stanford University students, said their knowledge of the Rugby game was very elight. The American style of forward play was particularly weak, as exemplified by their scrum play in recent games. He also criticised the rough tactics. A thousand cheering students greeted the New Zealand footballers on their arrival at the University. ■"■ m ■*!! -''""aw".!!*
