CHAMPIONSHIP MEETING. (By Telegraph—Press Association:) DUNEDIN, Last Night. The New Zealand Golf -Championiehip Meeting was continued to-day, the weather conditions being almost 'exactly the same as on, Monday. The Open Champion, which has already resolved /lfcself into a battle among the professionals, was won by E. S. Douglas, of Nelson, , whose rounds yesterday were 77 in the morning and 78 in the afternoon, bringing his total for the four rounds to 303. He played steady and consistent golf and made few mistakes. His driving was beautiful and his approach shots at times a treat to witness. C., .Butters (Bnnedin) camo second with 312, followed by W. lies (Christchurch} and F. G. Hood (Auckland) with 313 and 314 respectively. The leading amateur was A. T>. S. D;;i> can who tied with Hood (314). J Clements (prof.), wa> sixth on list followed by H. E. Wright, W.
