The hearing of the oase in which the proprietors of the rewspaper Observer are charged with contempt of court, was continued to-day. For the defence, Mr Skerrett concluded his address. Sir John Pindlay spoke at some length, and Mr Cotter, of Auckland, had just commenced, when tho court adjourned till Monday.
