Mrs Stanley Hutchison is staying with her mother, Mrs Mace, "Brammerton."
Miss Pickering, who has been spending a week's holiday at Mrs Toogood's, "Ivohiwai," returned to Mastertou yesterday.
Mrs Sheath has returned to Masterton from a visit to Makuri.
Mr and Mrs Vallance, who have been on a visit to Napier, returned on Saturday. They were accompanied bv Mi's Reston, of Gisborne.
Miss Greta Ewen, of Wellington, is a guest of Mrs Erl Williams; of Masterton. Miss Elsie Simpson leaves also 011 Saturday to stay with Mrs Erl Williams.
On Friday evening last a large surprise party, organised by Miss Ewart, journeyed out in Messrs Fly ai.d Young's motor lorry to the lesidgnce of Mr A. J. Stone-Wigg, "Waipipi/' Opaki, where a most delightful evening was spent. Dancing was indulged in until 1 o'clock to excellent music provided by Mr Meyers. Hefore leaving three cheers were given for Mr Stone-Wigg, and then all joined in singing "For He's a Jolly Good Fellow."
