SIR. E. CARSON RETURNS TO LONDON.

Sir Edward Carson and the Rt. Hon. Frederick Smith have complete ed their campaign in Ulster and returned to London.
Mr Joseph Devlin (Nationalist member for Dublin), addressing eight thousand people at Armagh, said the Nationalists were not prepared to exclude Ulster frail the Home Rule Bill.
