MAN KILLS ANOTHER'S WIFE THEN ATTEMPTS SUICIDE. (Received' October 6, 1.10 p.m.) PERTH, October 6.

A tragedy has occurred at North Danranup, 124 miles south of Perth.

Mrs Molynfeaux, during the • absence of her husband, was paid attentions to by a man named Odgers. Subsequently the Molyneauxs removed to another district. Odgers, learning of their whereabouts, borrowed a rifle and ammunition afld visited Molyneaux's house. He demanded to see the wife, but the husband warned her to escape. - Then, after a struggle with Odgers for the rifle, the husband himself fled with his two children. Odgers fired two shots at them without .doing any harm. After, several shots had been. &earct' Molyneaux and neighbour- returned to the house and found Mrs Molyneaux shot dead. , ,

; Odgers had disappeared; hut was discovered a mile from the scene of the tragedy, ehot through the mouth, his jaw-being fractured. He had apparently attempted to take his own Iffe. He was removed to the hospital. His injuries are not serious.
