GLASGOW ALARMED.
COTTON SUPPLIES FOR A FORTNIGHT ONLY. (Received October. 3, 11 a.m.) LONDON, October 2. Glasgow is alarm by the prospect of a Lancashire cotton lockout. There are only a fortnight's supplies, and eight thousand girl weavers will be affected in the event of a lock-out. (Received Last Night, 8.15 o'clock.) LONDON, October 3
Over 650,000 persons will be directly .affected by the threatened lockout ill the cotton trade.
