COMMISSION FIZZLES OUT,

(Received Last Night, 10.40 o'clock.) SYDNEY, Oct. 2. 'Hii C v-inussion set up to inquire into the charges made by Mr G. C, Wade against the Hon. Mr Griffith, has fizzled out. Mr Wade detailed his motion in Parliament, and was proceeding to explain further when the judge interrupted him, stating that he could not listen to Mr Wade. He then notified tfliat as the Commission gave no power to call evidence regarding the Medlow land transactions, he declined to call evidence at all. Mr Justice Prieng replied that he could therefore only report that he had no evidence before him to conduct an inqiiiry.
